Kahuna Laguna Water Park at the Red Jacket Mountain View Resort, N. Conway:  The 38,000 SF water park in in full operation. Glen Builders completed the project in 6 months, historical project durations for this size water park are 9 to 10 months.

Magic Lantern Theater, Bridgton, ME:  The new theater is open with lavish decorations of a variety of themes. Their flat floored theater will be serves food and bar service; dinner and a movie! The project helped spur other projects in the Bridgton village area, revitalizing the downtown.

Severance Lodge, Kezar Lake, Lovell, ME: Glen Builders has broken ground, rebuilding the historic three-story Severance Lodge on the shore of Kezar Lake. There will be 5 condominium units as before the fire. The converted lodge burned in April of 2007.

Mountain View Estates, Intervale, NH:  The first two units are 100% complete. The exterior finishes are done on the other 6 units of the first building. The landscaping will be completed in the spring.

Laconia Savings Bank, Gorham, NH:  Serving as the construction manager, Glen Builders completed the project early and on budget for the fall of '07.

Camp Robinhood, Freedom, NH:  Glen Builders completed a new meeting lodge in time for the arrival of campers for the '07 summer.
