We have established business relationships with dependable professionals, subcontractors and material suppliers. Our company has all the services necessary for complete Construction Management; from initial communication with the Owners and Architect/Engineer during the design phase, estimating and budget preparation, competitive bidding, contracting, supervision, full project open book accounting, contract management, government reporting and cost control, staffing and equipment as required, all to project completion.
